How much does it cost?
Our pricing is flexible depending on the experience, group size and the day of the week. The booking page will automatically update your pricing based on these choices.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Because our schedule is booked very tightly, please make every effort to arrive 5 minutes early to allow for waivers and safety briefing. Groups arriving up to 15 minutes late may be allowed to play with a shortened game time clock, at the discretion of the Mission Producer. Groups more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
How long is the experience?
Including briefing and debriefing, you should plan on being at the Immersium for about 80-90 minutes.
What is the minimum age to play?
This depends on the child, kids mature differently so we leave it up to the parents to make that call. Generally though, we recommend about 8 years old as the age at which kids can really grasp the story and enjoy being a part of the experience.
All minors must be accompanied by at least one person over the age of 18.
Is there a discount for kids?
We believe our experience is fun for all ages--even small children. Because of this, we do not offer discounts for children who are walking. However there is no charge for infants.
How many people can play?
We recommend 4-6 players for the optimal experience, but can accommodate groups from 2-10 players.
What if there are only two of us?
We design our experiences for larger groups in mind and encourage you to play with at least four players. However smaller groups are welcome to play and physically capable of solving all mission tasks.
Will strangers be in the game with us?
No! Each booking is a private event for just your group.
Are the missions scary?
Not at all! There are no jump scares, horror elements, or anything designed to frighten you. We strive to create an atmosphere appropriate for everyone in the group.
Can I get a refund?
We issue refunds more than 7 days in advance of the booking. Within 7 days, we don’t offer refunds but will make reasonable effort to rebook you for another time. A booking is considered 'locked' and may not be refunded or rebooked less than 2 hours prior to the arrival time.
What happens if we are late?
Because our schedule is booked very tightly, please make every effort to arrive 5 minutes early to allow for waivers and safety briefing. Groups arriving up to 15 minutes late may be allowed to play with a shortened game time clock, at the discretion of the Mission Producer. Groups more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
What happens if we miss our appointment?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or rebook groups once the deadline has passed (2 hours prior to the arrival time). Like sporting events, concerts, movies, and other scheduled attractions, we do not give refunds for missed appointments under any circumstances.
Does the ship actually float?
We've never tried it, but we have a sinking feeling we know the answer.
