How much does it cost?
$35/person, minimum 3 people.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive ten minutes ahead of your booking time to allow for filling out waivers and preparing for your adventure.
How long is the experience?
You will have 60 minutes to complete your mission. Including briefing and debriefing, you should plan on being at the Immersium for about 80-90 minutes.
What is the minimum age to play?
This depends on the child-—kids mature differently so we leave it up to the parents to make that call. Generally though, we recommend about 8 years old as the age at which kids can really grasp the story and enjoy being a part of the experience.
All minors must be accompanied by at least one person over the age of 18.
Is there a discount for kids?
We believe our experience is fun for all ages--even small children. Because of this, we do not offer discounts for children.
How many people can play?
We recommend 4-6 players for the optimal experience, but can accommodate groups from 3-10 players.
Are the missions scary?
Not at all! There are no jump scares, horror elements, or anything designed to frighten you. We strive to create an atmosphere appropriate for everyone in the group.
Will strangers be in the game with us?
No! Each booking is a private event for just your group.
What if there are only two of us?
Call or email us within 7 days and we can waive the 3 person minimum for bookings on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The mission is challenging with only 2 players, but it is possible.
Can I get a refund?
We issue refunds more than 7 days in advance of the booking. Within 7 days, we don’t offer refunds but will make reasonable effort to rebook you for another time. A booking is considered 'locked' and may not be refunded or rebooked less than 2 hours prior to the arrival time.
What happens if we are late?
Because our schedule is booked very tightly, we cannot delay the start of the game. Please make every effort to arrive 10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to fill out your waiver and be ready for the mission. Groups arriving up to 15 minutes late may be allowed to play with a shortened game time clock, at the discretion of the Game Master. Groups more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.
What happens if we miss our appointment?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or rebook groups once we the deadlines have passed (7 days prior for refunds, at least 2 hours prior for rebooking).
Like sporting events, concerts, movies, and other scheduled attractions, we do not give refunds for missed appointments under any circumstances.
Does the ship actually float?
We've never tried it, but we have a sinking feeling we know the answer.
